1. Initial Meeting
This is meant to be an informal “get to know you” meeting where we will introduce you to our team, explain our services, as well as our fee structure and service commitment.
2. Personal Discovery Meeting
At the “discovery meeting” we will gather information about you and your current financial situation. We will also identify your goals and objectives and conduct a risk tolerance assessment so that we can truly understand what’s important to you.
3. Analyze Information
Behind the scenes we will then review the information collected at the discovery meeting to prioritize your goals and objectives and uncover any unidentified needs.
4. Create Strategies & Alternatives
The next step is to determine the feasibility of your financial goals and suggest alternative approaches to achieving your objectives if necessary. We will then compose and present a written plan with all of our recommendations.
5. Implement Strategies
The best financial strategy is of no value unless implemented. We will recommend an action plan to begin putting in place the recommendations and identify what items are urgent and what can be addressed at a later date. If necessary, we will also refer you to one of our partnered professionals.
6. Ongoing Management
We will monitor your progress and get in touch with you on a regular basis to revisit your plan and any changes to your personal and/or financial situation (e.g. marriage, divorce, job change, inheritance, children etc.) At a minimum we see our clients on an annual basis.
