This year we have two worksheets with slightly different approaches to developing your resolutions.
Remember, a new year doesn't have to mean a new you, but is rather a chance to improve and go after bigger and better things (as is every day frankly)!
Additional tips for success:
- Start small and be realistic. Make resolutions you think you can keep.
- Talk about them. Tell friends and family who can keep you accountable.
- Track your progress. Each success will help keep you motivated.
- Don't beat yourself up. No one is perfect and obsessing over the occasional slip up won't help.
